WHICH COUNTRIES DOES HOUSE OF PARTY DELIVER TO?
Currently, House of Party ships to locations in Kenya and East Africa only. For other regions, please contact a member of our Customer Support team at support@houseofparty.co.ke
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship within Nairobi and other cities in Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Naivasha, Nanyukl, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri and Malindi via our shipping partners. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
If your shipping Location/Address is not listed in the options, kindly contact us directly on the contacts provided.
Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), and transportation. At no point does House of Party profit from shipping and handling charges.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Please note that House of Party may offer free shipping promotions, and that such promotions are determined based on your order subtotal, excluding gift cards and any other promotions we may offer from time to time. Such promotions may be calculated and applied automatically based on your purchase, and/or require the application of a voucher or promotional code at checkout.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND DELIVER MY ORDER?
All orders received for items to be delivered within Nairobi before 4pm East Africa Time (EAT), from Monday - Sunday will be shipped within 2-3 days for standard shipping. We also have the options of express shipping service available for same day delivery for orders received before 6pm. Orders received after those timings will begin processing the following business day and will be shipped within 2-3 days. For deliveries to other countries, it typically takes 3-4 days to receive your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order with House of Party, you will receive regular status updates, including all relevant order and tracking information, by email. You may also check the status of your order in your My Account section of our website.
CANCELLATIONS
House of Party is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by us. You cannot cancel your order once your order has been processed and/or shipped, but you may return it should you wish.
