This self service tool allows you to track your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All orders made through this portal will be collected at the store. If your order has already been processed, you will see the word “processed” by each line item on your order, as well as a link to your tracking information on the right side of the page.

Otherwise, you will see one of the following status codes on each of the line-items of your order.

  • Pending: This means your order was received by our system in the past few hours. Within the next few hours, your order will be placed in a batch for processing by our store.
  • Store: This means that your order is currently in our store. It is being packed, and within a few hours, you should receive notification that it is ready for collection.
  • Review: This means that our system detected billing information that does not match what your credit card company has on file for the card you used. In most cases, we can resolve this quickly without having to contact you or delay your order. However, in some cases, it will be necessary for us to reach you and resolve the issue before finalising your order.

If your order has not yet been finalised it will appear in the tracking record in one of our other statuses. If there is an issue with your order you will receive notification from our Customer Service team via email. Otherwise your order will be finalised and an email requesting you to come collect from the store sent without issue.
