INSTORE PICK UP
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive a notification email letting you know it is ready. Orders are typically ready within two hours after they are placed online.
If you place an order after 6:00 p.m. , it may not be ready until the following day.
What do I need to pick up my order and how will I be charged?
You will need:
- Your pickup notification email (either printed or shown on mobile device)
- A government-issued ID
Your payment will be authorized for the full amount at checkout.
You can pick up your order or assign an alternate person to pick it up for you.
To add an alternate pickup person, enter the first and last name and email (optional) of the person who will be picking up the order in the Pick-Up In Store section during checkout.
Where do I pick up my order?
Please reference your order number and specific pickup location details. Items ordered online will be picked up at the designated Pickup Counter.
How long will my order be held at the store?
Your order will be held at the store for 7 calendar days from the time your order is ready for pickup.
What if I need to cancel my In-Store Pickup Order?
